Water lines are winterized between the months of November 1st through March 30 to avoid freezing. You may still use your camper during winter months, as electric, sewer and wifi are still available, however, water will not be accessible.
Westside RV Park is NOT a full-time residential community.
All taxes will be applied at the local rate.
A 3.5% surcharge will be added to payments made by MasterCard, Visa or Discover.
Boat slips are available to rent by RV space renters only and are on a first come/first serve basis due to the limited number of slips.
The yearly fee does not include electricity. It is billed out twice a year. All other time periods include electricity as part of the rental fee.
No subletting to others.
No disruptive behavior will be tolerated, violators will be asked to leave.
Owners not responsible for personal injury or damage to renters property of any type.
